उत्तर

Area of a square of side 6 m is equal to the area of 360000 squares of each side 1 cm.

Explanation:

Let number of squares having side 1 cm = x

According to the question,

Area of side 6 m square = Area of side 1 cm square  ...[∵ Area of square = (Side)2]

∴ (6 m)2 = x × (1 cm)2  ...[∵ 1 m = 100 cm]

⇒ (600 cm)2 = x × (1 cm)2

⇒ 360000 cm2 = x cm2

⇒ x = 360000
