Respected Sir,
I am Niharika, the librarian of the Neighbourhood Library. We want to refill and update our library upon the reopening of the school. I am ordering the following books:

You are requested to send the above items properly packed within a period of one week of receiving this letter. Payment shall be made through a crossed cheque to the delivery person. I expect a reasonable 15% library discount would be adjusted in the invoice. Please note that delivery should be made latest by 10th April.
