Case II: When Tt is crossed with tt, we obtain all Tt (Tall) and tt (dwarf) individuals in the progeny.
Thus, if TT is the source of tallness, then the test cross produces all tall offspring. If Tt is the source of tallness, we acquire both tall and dwarf kinds in the test cross.
