1. Genetic Diversity
   • The variation among individuals of the same species due to differences in their genes is called genetic diversity.
   • For example, no two human beings are exactly alike; variations are also seen among plants and animals of the same species.
2. Species Diversity
   • The variety of different species present in a particular area is called species diversity.
   • For example, different species of plants, animals, and microorganisms are found in forests and other natural habitats.
3. Ecosystem Diversity
   • The presence of different types of ecosystems in a region is called ecosystem diversity.
   • For example, forest, grassland, desert, aquatic, and terrestrial ecosystems.
