o-nitrophenol forms intra-molecular hydrogen bond. On the other hand, p-nitrophenol is involved in stronger inter-molecular hydrogen bonding and hence, it has higher boiling point than o-nitrophenol. So, o-nitrophenol is more volatile than p-nitrophenol.
