उत्तर

If the same organ of government made laws, implemented them, and enforced them, it could lead to too much concentration of power in one place. This might result in misuse of authority, unfair decisions and violation of citizens’ rights. There would also be less accountability and fewer checks on the government. The separation of powers is therefore important because it divides responsibilities among the legislature, executive and judiciary. This helps prevent misuse of power, maintains a balance among institutions and protects democracy.
