उत्तर

Let S.P. = 1

C.P. = `4/5 xx 1`

= `4/5`

∴ Gain = S.P. − C.P.

= `1 - 4/5`

= `(5 - 4)/5`

= `1/5`

∴ Gain % = `"Gain"/"C.P." xx 100`

= `(1/5)/(4/5) xx 100`

= `1/5 xx 5/4 xx 100`

= 25%
