⇒ 9x2 - 6x + 3x - 2 = 0
⇒ 3x(3x - 2) + 1(3x - 2) = 0
⇒ (3x - 2) (3x +1) = 0
⇒ 3x - 2 = 0 or 3x + 1 = 0
⇒ 3x = 2 and 3x = -1
⇒ x = `(2)/(3)` and x = `-(1)/(3)`.
