End- Vasantha is Honoured by the captain with a present for the timely action and help.
Setting When- The story happens when vasatha, a child is travelling is a ship from Madras to  Ingapore.
Where- The whole story runs around, inside the ship.
Chracters Vasantha- Heroine of the stroy.
Captain- Main Character in the story.
Others- other passengers in the story and the victim of the accident are supporting characters.

Describe the problem in the story. 

The man who fell down into the wild sea, must be saved from the sea, in foul weather conditions.

Describe the solution 

The sailors got the news in time. They went in life-boats. They tried hard. At last they saved the victim of the accidents.
