Staging

The stage can be very simple, with exits on either side representing doors to the outside and to the rest of the house respectively.

Group Organisation

• Director: Coordinates the entire performance and gives instructions.
• Cast: Students play the roles of Gaston, Jeanne, Juliette, Mrs. Al Smith, the maid, and other characters.
• Costume in-charge: Arranges simple costumes suitable for each character.
• Props in-charge: Arranges simple objects such as chairs, a table, telephone, papers, etc.
• Prompter: Keeps the script and quietly reminds actors of their dialogues when needed.

Staging

The stage does not need to be complicated. Place a table and a few chairs to represent the interior of the villa. One side can represent the door leading outside, while the other can represent the door to the rest of the house.
