To,

Subject: Thank you for the information and appeal about safe driving.
Respected Sir,
I am Sanjana Bhosale, a civilian of Purva Colony in the nearby locality. I'm writing to express my gratitude for the attractive and educational poster on "Road Safety Week" that was displayed on Gandhi Chowk.
Sir, first of all, allow me to congratulate you with respect to the content of the poster. All the points that have been mentioned are absolutely applicable and should be kept in mind by all road users. Secondly, Gandhi Chowk is a perfect site for the poster because it is virtually difficult to miss it there. Additionally, I would want to let you know that the sign is proving to be quite helpful to Amravati residents as it frequently acts as a reminder of appropriate road behaviour.
In fact, quite a few people have told me that the first point in the poster, about leaving early, has helped them avoid last-minute troubles. I hope after this informative and appealing poster vehicle drivers will keep the speed limit.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Sanjana Bhosale
