The rate of evaporation depends on the surface area of the container. The more the surface area, more is the more evaporation. It also depends on the speed of the wind. If the speed of the wind is more, more number of particles will evaporate from the surface. Hence, in figure (C) in which both these factors, surface area, and moving fan are there, the rate of evaporation will be maximum.
