(sin A + cos A ) sec A

   = `( sinA + cos A ) 1/ cos A`

  =`(sinA )/( cos A) + ( cos A)/( cos A)` 

  = tan A + 1 

  = `5/12 +1/1`

   =` (5+12)/12`

  =`17/12`
