2. Decide the date, duration, venue and activities according to students' interests and available facilities.
3. Prepare a budget and arrange equipment, ground markings, first-aid and refreshments.
4. Divide students into houses/teams and prepare fixtures.
5. Publicise the event, conduct the matches and declare results with prizes/certificates.

Problems and solutions:

1. Problem: Lack of participation or interest by students. Solution: Choose popular and simple activities, involve students in planning and give rewards/certificates to encourage mass participation.
2. Problem: Insufficient funds, equipment or facilities.
   Solution: Use available resources, organise low-cost activities, take help from staff/volunteers and arrange sponsorship or school funds.
