How various committees are formed for tournaments? Write briefly.

Committees are formed according to the three levels of management:

1. Top level: Members of the governing body, Principal or Director prepare policies and fix aims and objectives.
2. Middle level: Department heads and physical education teachers execute policies and achieve objectives.
3. Lower level: Teachers, administrators and finance officers implement the orders and manage day-to-day work. The number of committees depends on the number of participants, level of event, area of specialization and dedication of volunteers. The Tournament Director/President/Chairman heads the overall organising committee, and various sub-committees are formed under the Executive/Organising Committee.
