Leadership in the directing role makes sure that organizational resources are used effectively, staff members are inspired, and tasks are finished quickly.
उत्तर २
The process of encouraging others to behave in a desired way is known as leadership. It entails leading, motivating, and inspiring subordinates to work with zeal and excitement. A leader explains the organization’s goals, recommends the best course of action, and motivates and directs others to reach those goals. A manager needs a number of traits, such as initiative, drive, courage, resolve, self-assurance, integrity of character, foresight, and so forth, to be a successful leader. Because different styles of leadership autocratic, democratic, and free rein may be needed in various circumstances, leadership is situational. Therefore, leadership is the process through which an executive mediates between the organisation and its members in a way that benefits both parties, either directly or indirectly influencing others’ work to achieve predetermined goals.
