16x2 - 40x + 25 = 0
a = 16, b = -40, c = 25
∴ D = b2 - 4ac
= (-40)2 - 4 x 16 x 25
= 1600 - 1600
= 0
∴ Discriminant = 0
∵ D = 0
∴ Roots are real and equal.
