Equation of all non-vertical lines are y = mx + c

Differentiating with respect to x,

We get `"dy"/"dx"` = m

Again differentiating w.r.t. x

We have `("d"^2y)/("d"x^2)` = 0

Hence, the required equation is `("d"^2y)/("d"x^2)` = 0.
