= `1/2[3/2(2 + 1/2) - 1(4 - 4) + 1(-2 - 8)]`
= `1/2(15/4 - 0 - 10)`
= `1/2(-25/4)`
= `-25/8`
As the area cannot be negative,
area of ΔPQR = `25/8` sq. units
