- Economical: It is time-saving, cost-effective, straightforward, and dependable. The organization saves money on hiring programs, which translates to increased income for the company.
- Simplifies the process of selection: It makes the selection and transfer of employees very easy.
- No training: It simplifies personnel selection and transfer. There is no need for induction training because the candidate is already familiar with the organization, the job, the employee, the laws and regulations, and so on. Because existing employees will be aware of the organization's operating pattern, it will take considerably less time for re-hires to adapt to working conditions.
- Motivation: Internal recruitment functions as a morale booster for current personnel. It encourages people to work hard in order to advance in the same organization.
- Sense of Belongingness: It provides a sense of loyalty toward the company, which boosts productivity. It boosts staff morale, which enhances relationships inside the company.
