Ultraviolet (UV) radiation is a region of the electromagnetic spectrum that lies just beyond the violet end of visible light. It has wavelengths shorter than visible violet light but longer than X-rays, spanning from approximately 10 nm to 400 nm. It is completely invisible to human eyes.
