Explain the working of Fax system of communication.

A Fax (Facsimile) system works by transmitting printed or handwritten documents electronically through a telephone line. The sending fax machine first scans the document and converts it into electronic signals. These signals are then transmitted over the telephone network to the receiving fax machine. The receiving machine reconverts the signals into printed form, producing an identical copy of the original document on paper.
