  2. Employee Resentment: Person morale may suffer when one person is promoted or transferred since it may cause jealousy or hatred among those who were also vying for the same position.
  3. Lack of Innovation and Stagnation: The condition could arise from relying just on internal sources since there might not be any fresh viewpoints. Since no fresh concepts are offered by outside applicants, it could reduce originality and creativity.
  4. Incomplete Source: Internal hiring by itself is not a comprehensive strategy. Since it is impossible to fill every position internally, the company must eventually turn to external hiring. As a result, internal hiring sources are not entirely trustworthy.
