उत्तर
Be the change you want to see
We must change ourselves first in order to change the thoughts of society. All the citizens preach various slogans, ‘Save the girl child, ‘Green India’, ‘Ban Plastic.’ ‘Save the Environment’ and so on. But only a few are seen contributing towards it. Changing society’s thinking is a herculean task. It cannot be done single-handedly. But if winter comes, can spring be left far behind? If one person is successful in changing the thoughts of others for good, then he can bring about a revolution. This inspiring thought said by Mahatma Gandhi himself stands as an example. Gandhiji molded the views of the society towards justice and non-violence. He loved his nation. He changed himself and then changed society. Humans follow other ideals. A good leader can change the entire nation.
Similarly, in today’s world, we need to mind our ways of looking towards the degrading environment. Let us take a step forward and throw our wrappers in dustbins, conserve the environment, turn off the tap while brushing and be a change ourselves. Let’s work for ‘Swatch Bharat Abhiyaan’ and other social movements, spread awareness and change the world.
