Health is the greatest wealth a person can have. A healthy body and mind help us work hard, stay happy, and enjoy life fully. Even if one has all the riches in the world, they are of no use without good health. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, enough rest, and a positive attitude keep us fit and strong. Illness, on the other hand, makes us weak and unhappy, reducing our ability to earn or enjoy life. Therefore, we must take care of our health every day because true wealth lies not in money, but in good health.
