\[ = 2[ ^{5}{}{C}_0 (2\sqrt{x} )^0 +^{5}{}{C}_2 (2\sqrt{x} )^2 + ^{5}{}{C}_4 (2\sqrt{x} )^4 ]\]
\[ = 2[1 + 10 \times 4x + 5 \times 16 x^2 ]\]
\[ = 2[1 + 40x + 80 x^2 ]\]
