Occasions When I Became Angry:

  3. When I lost something important: Misplacing my project file just before submission frustrated me.
  4. When others disrespected me or someone else: Seeing someone being rude or disrespectful, especially in public, triggered anger.
  5. When plans got canceled without informing me: I felt annoyed when plans were canceled last minute after putting in effort to prepare.

What I Do When I Am Angry:

  1. Take a deep breath: This helps me calm down and avoid saying or doing something in the heat of the moment.
  2. Step away from the situation: I prefer to take a short break to regain my composure.
  3. Write my feelings: Journaling my thoughts helps me process them and gain clarity.
  4. Talk to someone I trust: Sharing my feelings with a friend or family member helps me feel heard and supported.
  5. Engage in a calming activity: Listening to music, walking, or doing something I enjoy distracts me and reduces my anger.
