उत्तर

In the duodenum, fats are broken down by pancreatic lipases with the help of bile into di- and monoglycerides.

\[\ce{Fats ->[Lipases] Diglycerides -> Monoglycerides}\]

Intestinal lipases act on d- and monoglycerides and convert them into fatty acids and glycerol.

\[\ce{Di - and monoglycerides ->[Lipases] Fatty acids + Glycerol}\]
