उत्तर
Given numbers : `(-3)/(8),(2)/(5) and (-1)/(3)`
The L.C.M. of 8, 5 and 3 is 120.
Thus, numbers are :
`(-3)/(8)`
= `(-3 xx 15)/(8 xx 15)`
= `(-45)/(120)`,
`(2)/(5)`
= `(2 xx 24)/(5 xx 24)`
= `(48)/(120)`,
`(-1)/(3)`
= `(-1 xx 40)/(3 xx 40)`
= `(-40)/(120)`
Since 48 > -40 > -45, we have `(2)/(5) > (-1)/(3) > (-3)/(8)`.
