`(2x+5/2)^2=6+25/4=(24+25)/4=49/4=(7/2)^2`
`2x+5/2=7/2` (Taking square root on both sides)

`2x=7/2-5/2=2/3=1 or 2x=-7/2-5/2=12/2=-6`
`x=1/2 or x=-3`
Hence, `1/2` and `-3`are the roots of the given equation.
