Strength is the ability of muscles to overcome resistance. Strength is necessary for the performance of physical activities, whether they are physical activities associated with daily living.
Barrow and McGee have defined “Strength as ‘The Capacity of the whole body or any of it’s ports to exert force.’
Define Flexibility.
Flexibility is the ability which helps to do the movements with greater amplitude or with a great range of motion or we can say that flexibility refers to the range of movement in a joint or series of joints and length in muscles that cross the joints to induce a bending movement or motion.
