Define latitude.
One of the imaginary circles parallel to the Equator is called latitude.
Define longitude.
Longitude is defined as the angular distance of a place east or west of the Prime Meridian. It is measured in degrees, with a total of 360 degrees of longitude drawn around the Earth, each spaced at one-degree intervals. There are 180 degrees of longitude to the east of the Prime Meridian and 180 degrees to the west.
