Dear Swati,

I am writing to invite you to join a small study group I am forming with two other classmates. We plan to meet at my house every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, starting next week.

Our revision strategy is quite structured. We intend to dedicate the morning sessions to solving Previous Years’ Question Papers for Mathematics and Science, as these require the most practice. In the afternoons, we plan to conduct rapid-fire quiz sessions for History and Geography to help us memorize dates and map markings more effectively. We will also set aside an hour for “peer-teaching,” where each of us explains a difficult concept to the rest of the group.

I believe this will be incredibly helpful for all of us. Studying in a group will not only break the monotony of solo revision but also help us clear our doubts instantly. Your strength in Chemistry would be a huge asset to us, and in return, I would be happy to help you with the English Literature analysis. It’s a great way to stay disciplined and motivated during these stressful weeks.
