उत्तर

Dear Maya,

I wish you could visit India during the monsoon. After weeks of scorching summer heat, the first dark clouds gather in the sky, and a cool breeze carries the fresh scent of rain-soaked earth. Soon, raindrops drum on rooftops and windows, while water rushes along the roads and gathers in shining puddles.

The trees look greener, and the fields seem to come alive. Children splash through the rain, farmers welcome the showers, and people sip hot tea with crispy snacks. Sometimes the rain falls gently; at other times, it pours so heavily that the whole world seems wrapped in silver curtains.

The monsoon can bring muddy roads and sudden downpours, but its freshness and music make it a season I love. I hope you can experience it for yourself one day!

Your friend, Anya
