Dear Sir,

I am Sonia, a concerned parent of a student studying in your school. I would like to draw your kind attention to the inadequate library facilities, which are adversely affecting the reading habits of the pupils. The latest editions of books suitable for different age groups are not available. Moreover, many books are in poor condition. The seating arrangement is uncomfortable, and there is no quiet space for reading.

I suggest improving the library by adding updated books, creating a peaceful reading environment, and providing proper seating and lighting. Organising book clubs and storytelling sessions will also help inculcate a reading habit among students.
