The delivery set of 12 encyclopaedias ordered by our school was promised by your company on or before February 15, 2014. A cheque for five thousand rupees was duly sent to you with the above mentioned order. As your company has not kept up its end of the deal and the books have not been delivered yet, we wish to cancel the order. Kindly reimburse the money in the school account at the earliest.
