The unbearable foul odour makes it difficult for residents to even pass by, while the accumulated waste has become a breeding ground for flies and mosquitoes. Furthermore, these dumps are attracting stray animals and scavengers, creating a safety hazard for pedestrians and motorists alike.

Upon observing the situation, it appears there are clear systemic flaws in the current collection process. The existing fleet of collection vehicles seems insufficient to handle the daily volume of waste generated. Additionally, the irregular cleaning schedule means that even when a dump is cleared, it reaches capacity almost immediately without timely follow-up.

I urge the Municipal Corporation to take the following steps:

1. Increase the frequency of waste pickup, especially in high-density residential areas.
2. Deploy additional collection vehicles to ensure that no dump is left unattended for more than 24 hours.
3. Conduct a systemic review of the waste management workflow to identify and fix logistics bottlenecks.
