Subject: Poor condition of parks in Pranihar Colony.
Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my displeasure with the deplorable state of our neighbourhood's parks. As a Pranihar Colony resident and member of the Resident Welfare Association, I am appalled by the deterioration of our public places.
During my morning walks, I have noticed the parks are in a dismal condition, making it unsafe for residents and children to play. The parks are littered with broken benches, and there are no dustbins to dispose of the garbage. Unpruned trees make the parks look shabby, and the presence of stray dogs is a cause of concern.
In addition, the absence of security is concerning. Residents, particularly women and children, are concerned about their safety when visiting parks.
To enhance the parks' state, we urge the government to perform regular maintenance, replace broken benches, and tighten security. We also recommend erecting rubbish containers and removing stray canines from the area.
We request that the authorities restore the parks to a safe and pleasurable space for residents by taking the necessary steps. I expect that my letter will be published in your prestigious daily.
