x² – 9 = 13

 x² – 9 = 13 

\[\Rightarrow x^2 - 9 - 13 = 0\]
\[ \Rightarrow x^2 - 22 = 0\]
\[ \Rightarrow x^2 + 0x - 22 = 0\] 

So, it is of the form ax² + bx + c = 0 where a = 1, b = 0 and c =  −22.
