उत्तर
- Kyphosis: Exaggerated outward rounding of the upper back (hunch back), often with a sunken chest. Causes include malnutrition, carrying heavy loads, improper furniture, weak muscles, bending while walking, tight clothes, heredity, and age-related spinal weakness.
- Lordosis: Excessive inward bending of the lumbar spine, causing the abdomen to protrude forward and buttocks to appear prominent (sway-back). Causes include imbalanced diet, improper muscle development, poor posture, obesity, and spinal muscle diseases.
- Scoliosis: Lateral or sideways curving of the spine, forming a C-shaped or S-shaped curve. Causes include birth defects, leg length difference, lifting weight to one side, wrong posture, unsuitable furniture, and weakening of spinal muscles on one side.
