उत्तर
People started to realise the malpractices done by the authorities of the Church. The richness of the Church-Through ‘title’ and ‘indulgences’, provoked the Kings against them. Anti-Church movements began to be organised in Europe in the middle ages e.g. John Wycliff, criticised the worldliness of the Church and emphasised on the Bible. Erasmus described the malpractices by the Church in his book “Prayer of Folly’, and prepared ground for the Reformation Movement.
