Why do you wait for periods of music, P.T., drawing in the classroom?

We wait for music, drawing, and P.T. periods because they break our boring daily routine of continuous study. Sitting in the classroom for a long time makes our mind tired. Music and art help to refresh and relax our mind instantly.

During P.T. periods, we go to the playground to play games and do physical exercises. This keeps our body fit and active. All of these special periods are very helpful to reduce mental stress and make us happy. Therefore, we eagerly wait for them.
