  <BASEFONT> Tag <FONT> Tag
1. It is used to define the basic font size for the HTML page. It is used to define the size, style, and color of a short segment of text.
2. Once set, it applies to all following text for which no other font size is specified. Its effect applies only to the text placed between <FONT> and </FONT>.
3. It sets the default font size for the page. After </FONT>, the text returns to the default font size set by <BASEFONT>.
