उत्तर

An ambident group (or ambident ligand) is a ligand or group of atoms that contains more than one potential donor atom through which it can attach itself to a central atom or metal ion. This means that such ligands have two or more atoms that can coordinate, but only one atom is involved in bonding at a time.
