उत्तर

The revaluation account is created to determine the profit or loss resulting from the revaluation of assets and liabilities during the reconstitution of the firm (such as a change in the profit-sharing ratio or the admission, retirement, or death of a partner). The profit or loss indicated in the revaluation account is then distributed among the old partners based on their previous profit-sharing ratio.
