i. Part of the water drink by Vidya = `2/5`

= `2/5 xx 5  "litres"`

= 2 liters

Hence, the quantity of water drink by Vidya = 2 litres

ii. Fraction of amount of water drink by Pratap = Total water – Part of water drink by Vidya

= `1 - 2/5`

[Here the total portion of water is 1.]

= `(5 - 2)/5`

= `3/5`

Hence, the portion of water drink by Pratap = `2/5`

Hence, quantity of water drink by Vidya = 2 and litres and share of water drink by Pratap = `3/5`
