(i) We have, U = {1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12} and P = {1, 3, 7, 10}

P' = U - P = {2, 8, 9, 11, 12}

(ii) U = {1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12} and P = {1, 3, 7, 10} 

P' = {2, 8, 9, 11, 12}

∴ (P')' = U - P' = {1, 3, 7, 10}

∴ (P')' = P
