We know that,

Volume of a cube is (Edge)³

Now let the side of the new cube be x cm

Then according to the question,

(6)³ + (8)³ + (10)³ = (x)³

216 + 512 + 1000 = x³

x³ = 1728

x = 12 cm

Therefore, the side of the new cube is 12 cm.
