Institutions such as schools, play an important role in molding and transforming students into future citizens of the country. It is, hence, the responsibility of the citizens to reciprocate the favours bestowed upon them.
The new cult of 'brain drain' has gained popularity recently. The educated lot, instead of serving their own country are settling abroad. In this manner, they invest their entire potential in serving an alien country. One of the common blames is that the lack of job opportunity in the nation. However, it is the responsibility of the educated minds to create job opportunities for the deprived ones. It is often easy to complain about the lack of facilities and difficult to make it convenient for others.
It is seldom that the masterminds revisit their homes to open a charitable institution. There is a lack of connection with respect to patriotism and service among students, that they must reflect towards their country. Only if the doctors, engineers and the brilliant educationists think in the direction of improving the quality of life in their country, the country could progress at an accelerating rate.
