On finding we get,

b_yx = `-1/6`,

b_xy = `-3/2`

∴ r² = b_yx × b_xy

= `-1/6 xx -3/2`

= `1/4`

∴ r = `-1/2`      ...[∵ b_yx, b_xy and r must have same sign]
